Good Morning!

Weston thought he'd surprise me and paint himself with some old lipstick he found in the bathroom. He told me it said "Grammy, Bob, Maggie" (my mom and Bob's dog). Next on the to do list, a bubble bath!

A date with Nora

Nora came over to play today! Weston is becoming more and more full of boy energy these days, and it's even more apparent when Nora's around...

His way of saying I love you is some uninvited wrestling, and smothering.

Sweetness

There are the memories that stand out in your head from the past. Weston is definitely in the stage that is only getting sweeter; he says and does some of the funniest things I can imagine. Like naming his horse "Chuck", running around the house calling himself "Colt, the cowboy", and pretending to ride a motorbike while making the "rot, rot" sounds of the engine. All very seriously of course. What I forgot to mention is typically he's doing these things while wearing one of his many helmets (it's a collection these days), no pants, a baseball glove and riding a horse on a stick. These are memories I hope I never forget.

Airplay Cafe

What an exciting morning; our special buddy Noah is turning 3! We celebrated by singing, dancing, and reading books at a very clever place called Airplay Cafe.

There were so many kids and they were all very well behaved. Amazing with all those little people together on one stage.

We danced and had so much fun! Weston loved making new friends, he did a great job!

Tired?

After a very challenging week of very little sleep and...

Our cowboy climbing in and out of bed, refusing to nap, and a house full of utterly exhausted people...

We found our solution! A BIG BOY bed! He loves it and is back to his normal, wonderful sleeping habits. We are so proud of our big boy! Thank you Lord, I don't think another week of craziness would do mama and this belly very well :)
