Weston "the knight in shining armor", had a special visit from Grandpa George this weekend. The giver of West's new daily soldier attire also cooked us a delicious, 'pre-Thanksgiving' feast!
We're hosting Meme and Papa this week for Thanksgiving and will get yet another wonderful weekend of special memories and yummy food.
Merrick was a little unsure at first, but after the first few hours Grandpa had him smiling and laughing all day long.

Nobody had a better time than Grandpa! I love seeing the 4 of you and feeling like a part of your family when I visit. Grandpa started putting up some Christmas lights today. Can't wait to see you in a few weeks. I love you all...even that scary soldier!

oh my gosh, that last picture is a framer! i love it so much! i love that you are getting so much family time this week. by the way, i'm starting a little countdown until i get to see you and those cute little boys in january!!
